Research consultancy drawing on over ten years of experience using an action research model, which means that the research is carried out alongside participants and findings imparted quickly so that it is a partnership approach. The process of research should be meaningful at all stages. I have carried out longitudinal studies as well as prospective research and where possible adopt a mixed methods approach. Evaluation should ideally lead to a legacy of ongoing reflexivity and long outlive what is often regarded and referred to as 'the final report.'
