Case Study: Involving Service users in setting outcomes - ARC Scotland

Last Updated: Monday 30 April 2018

It is an edited version of a longer case study written by Jackie Taylor of ARC Scotland. It looks at how service users with learning disabilities were involved and shows it is genuinely possible to engage service users in setting and measuring outcomes.
