The W.K Kellogg Foundation Evaluation Handbook

This handbook provides a framework for thinking about evaluation as a relevant and useful program tool. The Handbook also provides background reading on logic models.

The Handbook identifies four steps in planning an evaluation: identify stakeholders; develop evaluation questions; budget; and select an evaluator.

Three steps are presented to design and conduct an evaluation: determining data collection methods; collecting data; analysis and interpretation.

It summarises approaches to interviewing and other data collection methods. It provides notes on the analysis and use of qualitative data.

The Handbook also identifies steps on how to use evaluation, communicate findings & insights and use the process & results.
