SIT? Changeworks case study on energy advice

Last Updated: Monday 2 February 2015

The Stitch in Time? programme team worked with Changeworks to develop a model that explained what they did and how they made a difference, and ways of evaluating the activities and outcomes from a project offering advice to older people and energy use and fuel bills.

This case study is for commissioners and funders and third sector organisations.

In this case study we include:

· A model that explains the activities from a project offering advice to older people and energy use and fuel bills.

· Some evidence of the need for this type of intervention and evidence that it can make a difference to strategic outcomes

We also include a paper on ‘Evaluation in an advice setting’ in which we discuss the approach Changeworks take to evaluation.
