SIT? LGBT Age case study on LGBT services

Last Updated: Wednesday 8 November 2017

The Stitch in Time? programme team worked with LGBT Age to develop a model that explained what they did and how they made a difference, and ways of evaluating the activities of a project aimed at improving health and social care services for older lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people.

This case study is for commissioners and funders and third sector organisations.

This document looks at the model adopted to improve services for older LGBT people.  It explores how that project was evaluated and some of the evidence of success.
