Last Updated: Thursday 12 February 2015

The Stitch in Time? programme team worked with Community Connecting, an innovative project providing support for older people to reconnect or make new connections in their community, and their funder, City of Edinburgh Council, to agree a meaningful and proportionate approach to evaluation and reporting.

This case study is mainly for commissioners and funders, although it might be also of interest to third sector organisations.

There is a separate case study that presents evidence about the outcomes achieved by Communiy Connecting.
