Knowledge into Action Toolkit

Knowledge into Action (K2A) Toolkit is a resource, developed primarily for people working in health and social care whose role involves supporting others to find, share and use knowledge to improve practice.

The toolkit has been developed by: by NHS Education in Scotland; SMCI Associates in partnership; Centre for Research on Familites and Relationships; University of Edinburgh and with members of the K2A Netowrk.
