Workshop Description

Creating a logic model

This workshop introduces you to logic models as a way to:

  • Plan and evaluate their work
  • Manage complexity when planning projects; e.g. calculating the impact of multiple projects or complex interventions
  • Link local outcomes to national or higher level outcomes

“Thanks again for the Logic Model training last month – I found it incredibly useful and I thought it was brilliantly delivered. You had the whole room really engaged and it is already having an impact on how we think about what we do”. Kate Tregaskis, Bethany Christian Trust
