Evaluation Support Scotland (ESS), the National Lottery Community Fund and Youth Scotland invite you to come along, hear from others and share ideas about how you can start and continue your journey of empowering young people to lead on evaluation.
Encouraging young people to take the evaluation reins could be a fantastic opportunity to refresh your outcomes from young people’s perspectives or perhaps improve your tools for gathering evidence, while building young people’s skills and confidence at the same time.
Since 2018 ESS has been supporting youth work organisations funded by The National Lottery Community Fund to go ‘beyond gathering feedback’. We have learnt that there can be challenges (as well as rewards) along the way, whether that’s around finding the time, or building staff confidence on evaluation.
This event aims to provide you with an opportunity to share your knowledge, experience and concerns with others and come away with some practical tips about how (and why!) you might go ‘beyond gathering feedback’.
There will be refreshments on arrival and lunch will be provided.
