Booking now open for TSRF-Policy Scotland online event on 20 January 2021

Mark your 2021 calendars with the TSRF-Policy Scotland online event: Innovating in the third sector – online research and services in 2020. The event will take place on Wednesday, 20 January 2021, 1-2:30 pm.

The aim of this event is to share learning from the new context of working in 2020 from researchers embedded in third sector organisations and those in university settings. Four presenters and Third Sector Research Forum members will share their experiences which will help to ground two shorter discussion periods for academics and practitioners.

The event speakers are: Dr Jane Cullingworth (University of Glasgow), who will share her experience researching disabled people’s experiences in the pandemic using digital research methods; Amy Calder (YouthLink), who will discuss the impact of digitally-based youth work; Ruth McKenna (Waverley Care), who will share how her organisation adapted their services for those living with HIV to at-home test services; and Chris Ross (Children in Scotland), who will share the research of his organisation on children’s health inequalities.

We invite those from academia, third sector and policy communities to join us!
