We are excited to share our new strategy for 2023-28: helping charities demonstrate the difference they make!
For those who are interested or working on their own strategy, here’s how we developed ours:
Members of the team came together to discuss a section at a time – drawing on ESS evaluation and staff experience, bringing together ideas and reaching an agreement. Each section was then taken to our board of trustees who brought their own contributions before moving on to the next. The photos below are from a team development session in May 2022.
Towards the end of 2022, we conducted our stakeholder survey. The rich and useful responses from the survey were considered in finalising our strategy to ensure we continue to amplify the voices of those working within the third sector.
