This resource is for national third sector intermediaries to help you evaluate your impact. It was produced by Evaluation Support Scotland (ESS) and replaces “Understanding intermediaries’ impact” (2018) that was developed through research and consultation (see annex).

We have used experience from the last six years and a consultation with intermediaries to make this new version more focused and practical.

Good evaluation should be useful for you. You should use it to improve your work, plan your future and celebrate success. This resource should help you do this.
