Asking two simple questions can give you feedback about what works for people and how to make it even better.

Useful for

  • Understanding what’s important to people about the way they are treated.
  • It can also be useful to help people reflect in what circumstances they get the best outcomes. 
  • It’s a way of going beyond ‘its fine’ comments and getting more detailed feedback about what works (or doesn’t).
