Case Study: An example of an inclusive evaluation using Comic Life (Lead Scotland)

This case study is looks at how Lead Scotland developed evaluation which would encourage ICT class participants to say what they liked and how they felt about the course, with a little more individuality in their responses.

During the ICT course reviews and the snapshot evaluations at the end of each session it was noticed that participants tended to say “great” to everything and or “yes”, “no” or “don’t know” to questions asked, including open questions. Lead Scotland wanted to have an evaluation which would encourage the ICT class participants to say what they liked and how they felt about the course, with a little more individuality in their responses.

By using Comic Life, a visual tool, the participants were able to show and say how they really felt about the ICT class. This can be found here: http://plasq.com/downloads/comic-life-desktop/
