This case study shows how ARC Scotland involved service users in setting outcomes for service commissioning by Aberdeenshire Council. It is an edited version of a longer case study written by Jackie Taylor of ARC Scotland. It looks at how service users with learning disabilities were involved and shows it is genuinely possible to engage service users in setting and measuring outcomes.
