Funders and Funded Relationships Case Study: Adapting project outcomes if things don’t initially work out (CHANGES Community Health Project)

CHANGES Community Health Project’s funder Spirit of 2012 expected and encouraged them to make changes to their service if feedback indicated something was not working so well.  This helped them to act immediately when early feedback told them that cycling was in less demand than Nordic Walking. As a result CHANGES recruited more walk leaders so they could offer more Nordic Walking sessions.
