ESS’s response to the Scottish Government consultation on the National Performance Framework (NPF) is below. We’ve drawn together our experiences to make the case for moving away from meaningless monitoring and pointless performance towards a culture of learning and reflecting together about contributions to outcomes. We set out some suggestions about how to achieve this in our response.
