Provides a comprehensive selection of methods and tools which measure and assess the effects of volunteering.

The toolkit measures the impact of volunteering under the following areas; physical, human, economic, social and cultural. By using questionnaires with volunteers, staff and the community, conducting focus group discussions and applying tools such as diaries and audit materials
