ESS was commissioned by Scottish Government to facilitate the development of an outcomes framework for third sector interfaces for the work that Scottish Government directly fund through the Third Sector Division.
ESS worked with a working group to develop this resource. This group had staff from a range of TSIs and two representatives from the third sector division.
The framework identifies key roles that the government want to fund and some medium term or common outcomes that TSIs work towards. Local activities and outcomes are set by the TSI dependent upon local context (local need and outcomes, other providers etc).
