Our resources are free to use. Some tools from other organisations may entail a cost (we will tell you if this is the case).

This guide describes the process that was used in 2016 to help North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership review and improve their Integrated Care Fund decision making, with a particular focus on the use of third sector evidence.
Examples are included and exercises to help you replicate the process in other situations. Also included is a ‘Making good decisions’ handout and information on decision making styles.
