Fife Health & Social Care Partnership made a strategic decision to fund 11 befriending services using the Integrated Care Fund and matched funding from Fife Council. They wanted to find out if, and how, a variety of different models of befriending could help the Partnership achieve its priorities and the 9 National Health and Wellbeing Outcomes.
