“The training had been really useful and expertly delivered. It has been really helpful to give us all the shared language of outcomes, activity and indicators and lots of helpful tools and food for thought. Now the hard work begins for us with embedding what we’ve learned into our practise, we will take some time to reflect as an organisations and within our teams.

Case Study: Scottish Ballet
This case study is about two tailored support sessions that ESS facilitated for Scottish Ballet, to support them to set and measure outcomes.
The session was really useful as it helped us to understand and articulate outcomes and indicators. It helped us unpick exactly what it is we want people to get from attending the project. This was so useful because it gave clarity to how to evaluate. We have created a shared folder for evidence but this is all we have managed to put in place for the moment.
